Torrington 100k Bedrock Geologic Map

The bedrock geologic map of the Torrington, Wyoming 1:100,000 quadrangle was developed to provide regional scale geologic mapping for city and county planning, industrial and mineral development, and general public use. This dataset is a conversion of previously published map data to conform to GeMS (Geologic Map Schema)--a standard format for the digital publication of geologic maps--and is GeMS Level 3 compliant. The objective of the data conversion is to reproduce the original published mapping with little to no added interpretation.怀俄明州托灵顿1:10万比例尺图幅的基岩地质图（bedrock geologic map），旨在为城市与县级规划、工矿开发及公众通用需求提供区域尺度地质制图成果。本数据集为已出版地图数据的转换产物，符合用于地质图数字化出版的标准格式GeMS（Geologic Map Schema），且满足GeMS三级合规要求。本次数据转换的目标是在极少甚至不添加额外解译的前提下，完整还原原始已发布的制图内容。
