Researching products online in France 2007-2019

This statistic shows the percentage of individuals in France who used the internet to find information about goods and services from 2007 to 2019. In 2019, 62 percent of all individuals used the internet in this way, but usage was higher among those who used the internet within the last three months, at 69 percent. What can be observed is that the individuals researching goods and services online had dropped by around eight to 10 point in 2019, compared to the year before.
