Manual and Automated Visual Cognitive Assessment Data for Bombus terrestris: Acute Pesticide Exposure Effects on Differential and Reversal Learning

This dataset contains individual-level behavioral scoring data from visual cognitive assessments of the bumble bee Bombus terrestris, collected using two methods: a manual Y-maze protocol and a newly developed automated Y-maze system. Data were collected as part of two studies examining the effects of acute oral exposure of lambda-cyhalothrin and imidacloprid on visual learning and cognitive flexibility in bumble bees. The dataset includes acclimatization data, trial-by-trial performance records for differential learning, and reversal learning, latencies, treatment group, dosage, and condition.
