资源简介:
The data provides an analysis of diagnostic and treatment concordance between Tanzanian primary care clinicians and U.S.-based dermatologists. Diagnostic concordance is categorized as concordant (full agreement), partially concordant (agreement within at least one diagnostic category), or discordant (no agreement or inability to provide a differential diagnosis). Similarly, treatment concordance is classified as concordant (full agreement), partially concordant (some modifications but general agreement), or discordant (no agreement or inability to provide a treatment plan). Subcategory analyses show variations in concordance levels across different disease categories, including bacterial infections, eczema, fungal infections, and autoimmune diseases. The findings highlight areas of alignment and divergence in clinical decision-making between primary care clinicians and dermatology specialists.
