Nursery - Skuthorpe - Plant Propagation: Stage 2

Through propagation and planting activities to be conducted at Skuthorpe, young people will be engaged and their skills within Conservation and Land Management developed. Participants will undertake activities that contribute to preserving the region's biodiversity and cultural heritage within the West Kimberley region. The project will work in collaboration with other projects being run with the plants propagated at the nursery being used in re-vegetation and traditional savannah enrichment planting methods, both on-site and at town project locations. This will also allow for knowledge exchange to occur with the wider community about the benefits of this style of planting and the use of traditional land management practices.
