ChestPathCT5-S100

ChestPathCT5-S100 is a curated, anonymized collection of chest CT scans from our institution, representing typical cases of five of the most common CT thoracic pathologies: rib fracture (RF), pleural fluid (Fluid), pulmonary mass (Mass), pulmonary embolism (PE), and pneumothorax. The dataset includes 87 adult cases: 14 RF, 16 Fluid, 17 Mass, 20 PE, and 20 pneumothorax. Cases include both contrast-enhanced and non-contrast scans. All images are provided in NIfTI (.nii.gz) format regrouped by category (e.g. ChestPathCT5-S100_Fluid_XXX.zip). This dataset can be used for research in radiology, medical image analysis, and AI-based development. Please note that case identifiers are not consecutive and that secondary findings may be present across categories (e.g., pleural effusion may also appear in PE or other cases).
