This study focuses on the temporal dynamics of prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbial communities in a riverine ecosystem. By employing high-throughput amplicon sequencing of 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA genes, coupled with co-occurrence network analysis, we aim to comprehensively examine microbial diversity and community structure.
