Hiseq and Miseq reads to generate draft genome of Geum urbanum

We obtained reads (Hiseq and Miseq) to assemble a draft genome of Geum urbanum. The assembled genome was used to design double-digest RAD markers, to investigate hybridization between G. urbanum and its sister-species, G. rivale, in southern Scotland.
