Profiling the skin microbiota composition from the face of healthy women. Exploring the differences between three age groups and between dry skin and not dry. Total DNA was extracted from the face skin swabs, amplified to collect amplicons of variable V3–V4 regions (primers 341F and 805R) of the bacterial 16s rRNA gene and sequenced with MiSeq (2x250bp) Illumina platform.
