典型橡胶密封材料老化模拟数据集

对制-储-输-注环节氢气接触部件的材质特性进行解析,明确了典型临氢材料,对引入杂质风险较大的橡胶密封材料在有无氢气条件下进行了老化模拟研究,在MatCloud计算平台以VASP软件计算了典型橡胶密封材料NBR、PEEK、FKM在无H2及20MPa的H2环境下加速老化分解过程。主要记录了橡胶材料在有氢气及无氢气两种情况下三种材料的热分解过程数据,数据量约29M。
This work analyzes the material properties of hydrogen-contacting components in the hydrogen production, storage, transportation and injection links, and clarifies typical hydrogen-exposed materials. Aging simulation studies were conducted on rubber sealing materials with high impurity-introduction risks under both hydrogen-containing and hydrogen-free environments. Using the VASP software on the MatCloud computational platform, the accelerated aging and decomposition processes of three typical rubber sealing materials, namely NBR, PEEK and FKM, were calculated under hydrogen-free conditions and a 20 MPa hydrogen environment. The dataset mainly records the thermal decomposition process data of these three materials under both hydrogen-containing and hydrogen-free conditions, with a total data volume of approximately 29 MB.
