A custom sentiment lexicon was developed for the telecom sector based on expert opinions in marketing. Keywords indicating service purchases or activations were labeled positive, while those indicating service cancellations were labeled negative. This lexicon must be tailored for industries other than telecom. (in which only positive sentiments were labeled as "1" and negative sentiments as "2".)
