Single-molecule force spectroscopy data for folding of prion protein monomers from dogs, hamsters, and bank voles

Data from optical-tweezers-based force spectroscopy measurements of unfolding and refolding for monomers of the canine, hamster, and bank vole prion proteins. Force-extension curve data are listed in .xlsx files titled according to the species. In each file, data are presented as paired columns of extension ("Ext", values listed in nm) and force ("F", values listed in pN) data for sequential unfolding and refolding measurements (refolding data indicated by "_r" in column titles). The remainder of the column name indicates the molecule number (1, 2,...), followed by an underscore and the set of curves measured from that molecule (1, 2,...), followed by an underscore and the number of the pull within that set (1, 2,...). Data from each molecule is presented in a separate sheet.
