Transcriptomic profiling of Shewanella oneidensis strains under threshold iron limiting condition

We report transcriptome datasets of Shewanella oneidensis WT and mutant strains under a threshold iron limiting condition, defined as the iron concentration at which WT growth remains unaffected, while the ssoR mutant strain exhibits significant growth impairment. This condition allows for dissecting the regulatory roles of Fur and SsoR, thereby advancing our understanding of iron dependent gene regulation in S. oneidensis.
