Data and code for: "<b>Social and genetic connectivity despite ecological variation in a killer whale network</b>"

This dataset (and code) is tied to the peer-reviewed research article entitled "Social and genetic connectivity despite ecological variation in a killer whale network". The dataset contains the data for the 457 killer whales included in the network analysis, as well as the genetic relatedness data available for a subset of 73 individuals. All necessary R codes to replicate the main statistical analysis are also provided. The READ-ME.rtf file provides a description of each file.
