Corythucha ciliata reference genome sequencing and global population resequencing

This study aim to assemble the chromosome-level genome of the highly invasive sycamore lace bug, Corythucha ciliata, using high-coverage PacBio, Illumina, and Hi-C sequencing. In-depth resequencing of 402 samples collected from native and nine invasive countries were performed to resolve the invasive history and genomic signatures of adaptation during invasion.
