This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where 4 cell lines (Caco-2, HT29-MTX-E12, THP-1, and MUTZ-3) were cocultured on three-lane OrganoPlates in order to generate an intestine-on-a-chip model for pathophysiology assessment and drug discovery.
RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Micro kit (Qiagen) and gene expression levels were measured using a LightCycler® 96 system (Roche).
This dataset includes descriptive statistics at the group level.
