This data includes the Ridgeline/Hillside/Steep Slope Overlay District
for Waterbury, Vermont for the purposes of erosion control and
protection of the high elevation areas within the town per the 2016 <a href='https://www.waterburyvt.com/fileadmin/files/Zoning_Planning/Waterbury_ZR_Searchable.pdf' target='_blank'>Town and Village of Waterbury Zoning Regulations</a>.
Details of the provisions within these boundaries can be found in the
regulations. There are two areas within the district: areas above 1200
feet in elevation and areas above 1500 in elevation.
