Identification and Analysis of Reference Points for Comparative Studies: Before and After the New Public Health Law Act - Counties

Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR) is conducting a survey of the knowledge base, priorities, organization and resources of county public health. The survey conducted on behalf of the Health Directorate. The purpose of this study was to provide a reference point before the new Public Health Act came into force on January 1st 2012. The questions are about public health and health promotion.
