ICON NAWDEX grids and extpar files

Horizontal grids and extpar data for ICON simulations in a limited area setup of the extended North Atlantic domain ("NAWDEX setup"). The grids cover horizontal resolutions of 80, 40, 20, 10, 5 and 2.5 km. For each grid file there is a corresponding extpar file.
