Dataset of an in-situ 13C pulse labelling study on partitioning of newly assimilated C to CO2 and CH4 emission across phenology stages in a northern peatland

This dataset comes from an in situ 13C pulse-labeling study conducted at Degerö Stormyr, a northern peatland in Sweden. The study investigates how newly assimilated carbon is partitioned between CO2 and CH4 emissions across different plant functional groups and phenological stages. The dataset includes carbon isotope compositions of CO2 and CH4 fluxes, plant and moss tissues, and dissolved organic carbon (DOC), together with supporting environmental measurements such as air temperature and water table level.
