Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin sequencing (ATAC-seq) is a technique dedicated to profiling open chromatin regions in genomes. This analytical product incorporates a complete workflow including quality control, adapter trimming, alignment to the reference genome, peak calling, screening and annotation of transcription start sites (TSSs), as well as integrated analysis combined with transcriptomic data and ChIP-seq data. This product is applicable for identifying open chromatin regions, performing transcription factor binding site analysis, and supporting single-cell ATAC-seq studies.
