Biologic Assessment of Carmel River Lagoon Wetlands

Data on many aspects of the Carmel River Lagoon and adjacent wetlands and riparian vegetation. Vegetation data from 20 quadrats: species lists, ground surface elevation, weighted and index averages of wetland indicator species. Percent cover of 8 transects by jaumea (Jaumea carnosa), baltic rush (Juncus balticus), and silverweed. Discussion of plant succession and changes in local geography since 1774.
