TCR sequencing for Immune control of functional memory CD8 T cells in normal-appearing vitiligo skin

This study aimed to asses the diversity of T cell repertoire in nonlesional (NL) and perilesional (PL) skin of patients with vitiligo compared to healthy skin high-throughput sequencing of the CDR3 region of TCRβ gene. TCRβ libraries were prepared using the immunoSEQ Kit (Adaptive Biotechnologies, Seattle, WA) on a minimum of 100 ng of DNA, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. TCRβ CDR3 regions were amplified and sequenced on a MiSeq system (Illumina, San Diego, CA), and high-throughput sequencing data were analyzed using the ImmunoSEQ Analyzer (Adaptive Biotechnologies)
