This research analyzes the evaluation of user experience using social media, on two popular social media platforms namely Instagram. These social media have become popular for communicating with other users and sharing user-generated content. The ease of using the Instagram applications is the influence of usability testing. five main aspects of usability, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. Data was collected through the distribution of Likert Scale-based from calculating the Validity Test results of 30 statements that have been submitted to respondents, applied to questionnaire statements from 46 respondents. aged 18-50 years and over who actively use Instagram applications through mobile and web platforms. The results showed that the respondents were male (72%) and active Instagram users (58%). All items in the questionnaire proved to be valid (r count > 0.279) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha value = 0.966). From the analysis of the questionnaire distribution, it is known that the efficiency and satisfaction aspects are the most prominent User experience (UX) indicators in using Instagram.
