Microglia and neural stem cell interaction in adult mouse hippocampus

We carried out single cell RNAseq analysis in the hippocampus of adult wildtype mice and inducible knockout mice that lacks TGF-beta signaling in microglia. The goal of this study is to dissect out microglia-NSC interactions in the adult neurogenic niche. The adult neurogenesis is hypothesized to be important for regulation of memory, learning, and anxiety-related behavior. These data sets are useful for investigating the role of neuroinflammatory responses in the regulation of adult neurogenesis.
