Regionalization Database Experiments

Overview:This dataset contains a spatial regionalization database used to evaluate and compare six different partitioning techniques. The results focus on benchmarking the quality of the generated spatial partitionings. Source Code:The source code and scripts for these experiments are available at: https://github.com/caiotavaresc/SAD_REG File Info & Extraction:Due to the large size, the SQLite database has been compressed and split into two parts: sad_reg.7z.001 and sad_reg.7z.002. To extract and restore the original database file, you must download both parts and extract them using 7-Zip (or a compatible utility). Database Contents:Once extracted, the SQLite database includes experimental configurations, raw algorithm outputs for the six tested techniques, and the quality metrics used for the comparative analysis. It can be queried using any standard SQLite client or programming language (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
