Taxonomic and functional annotation of Oomycota (protist) OTUs across Jena Experiment field experiments (Drought, dBEF, Resident Species, Monocultures)

This dataset provides the taxonomic and functional annotation of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) assigned to Oomycota (protists), derived from amplicon sequencing conducted within subproject SP2 Protist Plant Pathogens of the Jena Experiment. Sequence data from all field experiments were jointly clustered, resulting in a shared taxonomic and functional classification across datasets.
