FinErva是一个多模态的金融推理数据集，旨在模拟金融分析师的专业推理过程。它包含两个主要子集：FinErva-Pact（5,488个样本）专注于合同与披露文件的理解，FinErva-Price（2,056个样本）专注于蜡烛图技术分析。每个样本包括真实的金融图像、金融相关问题、人类验证的推理链和正确答案。数据集支持多模态推理，强调可解释性和轻量级模型友好性，适用于金融决策支持、风险管理和机器人顾问等领域的研究。
FinErva is a multimodal Chain-of-Thought (CoT) dataset designed explicitly for financial reasoning. It captures two economically important tasks in investment decision-making: contract & disclosure understanding (FinErva-Pact) and candlestick-chart technical analysis (FinErva-Price). The dataset contains 7,544 manually verified samples, each including a real financial image, a finance-oriented question, a human-validated Chain-of-Thought rationale, and a correct answer. FinErva supports research on auditable, multimodal, interpretable, and financially compliant AI systems, and is designed to be lightweight-model friendly for sub-0.8B vision–language models.
