hnRNPA1 CLIP-seq experiments were conducted on HEK293T cells transiently expressing WT hnRNPA1 and hnRNPA1-DSB mutant Overall design: hnRNPA1 CLIP-seq experiments were conducted by immunoprecipitation of hnRNPA1-RNA complexes (using an anti-myc antibody against the tag) from HEK293T cells transiently expressing WT hnRNPA1 and a DSB mutant bearing R75D/R88D mutations. Libraries of RNA molecules bound by hnRNPA1 were generated and sequenced by Illumina Next-Seq500 platform.
