Whole genome sequenicng of sheep breeds from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan

we have sequenced the whole genomes of indegenous sheep breeds from different regions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of pakistan. These sheep breeds possess unique characteristics and large phenotypic and performance variations, which need to be associated with their genomic variations.
