Supplementary Table S6: All Results of Enrichment Analysis for Selected Gene Groups

Results of enrichment analysis for upregulated and downregulated gene groups selected based on HN-score (gene expression evaluation index). Enrichment analysis was performed using GOAtools (version 1.4.12) with GO annotation (Ensembl Plants release 58) on a selected group of rice genes. Obsolete GO terms were replaced with terms from the latest GO resource (release: 2025-03-16). Table S6-1: rice_go_enrichment_up_all_modified: Enrichment results of the upregulated gene group of rice.
