Oncology Demand Data from São Vicente de Paulo's Hospital, Barbalha, Ceará, Brazil

Eight weekly cancer demands have been studied: Malignant neoplasm of rectum (C20), prostate (C61),
nasopharynx (C109), esophagus (C159), stomach (C169), colon (C189), bronchus or lung (C349), and
cervix uteri (C539). The data have been maintained by the Hospital Maternidade São Vicente de Paulo de Barbalha (HMSVP), located at Ceará State, Brazil. The data is a cutout of a larger set of the Hospital's Oncology and Hematology Unit. The Unit is a center specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and blood diseases. Specifically, the data reflect the weekly number of records in the Hospital's information system that take as key the International Disease Code of the World Health Organization in its 10th revision (ICD-10) . These cancer types taken to study have been the most prevalent in the routine of the Unit.
