金融聯合徵信中心房貸借款人各年齡層下的授信金額及利率統計表

資料來源為聯徵中心各會員機構所報送之「授信餘額月報資料」，並依年齡分別加總個人所有之房屋貸款金額，同時分別計算平均撥款利率。
購買住宅貸款、房屋修繕貸款，皆定義為個人房屋貸款。
不包含逾期、催收及呆帳之授信帳戶。
如無年齡資料者，該筆貸款資料不予納入計算。

The dataset is sourced from the Monthly Credit Balance Reports submitted by member institutions of the Joint Credit Information Center. We separately aggregate the total outstanding personal housing loan amounts for each age group, and calculate the average disbursement interest rate for each corresponding age group. Home purchase loans and home renovation loans are both defined as personal housing loans for the purposes of this dataset. This dataset excludes credit accounts that are overdue, under collection, or classified as bad debts. Any loan records without valid age information will not be included in the calculation.
