Behav:
## Exp 1
- ./data/Behav/young_exp1/raw and data/Behav/young_exp1/randomization contain respectivelly the raw log files with key presses and the order of the stimulation conditions

- To obtain the csv files in data/Behav/young_exp1/, run:
./Code/behav/young_exp1/main_young_MRI.ipynb

--> Outputs: young_MRI/variables_per_block.csv and young_MRI/variables_per_block_bc.csv

## Exp 2 young
- ./data/Behav/young_exp2/raw and data/Behav/young_exp2/randomization contain respectivelly the txt files summarizing correct sequences and the order of the stimulation conditions

- Run:
./Code/behav/young_exp2/main_young.ipynb

--> To obtain young/number_of_seq.csv and young/number_of_seq_bc.csv

## Exp 2 young
- ./data/Behav/older_exp2/raw and data/Behav/older_exp2/randomization contain respectivelly the txt files summarizing correct sequences and the order of the stimulation conditions

- Run:
./Code/behav/older_exp2/main_older.ipynb

--> To obtain elderly/number_of_seq.csv and elderly/number_of_seq_bc.csv

MRI:
- ./data/MRI/sourcedata contains raw mri data
(Anatomical images were defaced using pydeface 2.0.2)

- ./data/MRI/randomization contains the order of the stimulation conditions for rsMRI (randomization_rs_unblinded.csv) and task-based MRI (randomization_task_unblinded.csv)

## rs-fMRI
- ./data/MRI/ica_selection contains information for the selection of the indipendent components
- ./data/MRI/rois/BNA_rois contains the BNA masks to use for the analysis

- Run ./Code/MRI/SPM1_rsMRI.m

## task-based fMRI
- ./data/MRI/rois/manual_masks contains the manual masks to use for the analysis

- Run: ./Code/MRI/SPM1_task.m
--> To obtain \contrasts

- Run:
./Code/MRI/SPM2_task_individual_masks_BOLD.m
--> To obtain all_subj_mean_per_subj_manual_masks_stim_comp_long.csv and all_subj_mean_per_subj_manual_masks_with_subparts_stim_comp_long.csv
