Microbial sleep modulation reshapes metabolic networks and cortical dynamics distinct from pharmacological intervention
收藏资源简介:
Cross-domain dataset integrated cortical EEG features and fecal metabolomic profiles following pharmacological and microbial sleep modulation. Experiment The 16 adult male C57BL/6N mice were randomly assigned to two groups (n=8 each) Zolpidem-treatment group (ZT) Bacillus coagulans IDCC 1201-treatment group (BT) Daily oral administration was performed at consistent time points for 21 consecutive days Data acquisition EEG recordings and fecal samples were obtained at two time points Prior to treatment initiation (day 0) After 21 days of administration (day 21) Continuous recordings were conducted for 24 hours, starting at 17:00 for each animal Sample sets Control group: samples recorded at day 0 from all mice (n=16) ZT group: samples recorded at day 21 from Zolpidem-treated mice (n=8) BT group: samples recorded at day 21 from B. coagulans IDCC 1201-treated mice (n=8)
