CRISPR RNP-mediated disruption of Itga4 gene in primary mouse CD4 T cells

Deletion of the Itga4 in primary mouse CD4 T cells was achieved through electroporation of CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoprotein (crRNP). Deletion efficiency was assessed using ICE analysis. The uploaded DNA sequence data were obtained from PCR amplification at the crRNA target site. These Itga4-deficient cells were further used for adoptive transfer into mouse, followed by infection with LCMV.
