THE NEED FOR INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL PARADIGMS IN THE PROCESS OF EDUCATIONAL REFORMS

This article analyzes the necessity and significance of innovative pedagogical paradigms in the process of educational reforms. It substantiates the objective need to transition from traditional approaches to innovative pedagogical models in the modernization of the contemporary education system. The article examines constructivist, competency-based, and learner-centered paradigms, while also identifying the priority directions for renewing pedagogical thinking in the context of digital transformation.
