SenseCheQ: Home-based Nerve Function Self-Assessment using Autonomous Quantitative Sensory Testing

SenseCheQ is a project aimed at developing a quantitative sensory testing device for people to use at home. It is primarily aimed at people undergoing neurotoxic chemotherapy to monitor their nerve health in order to facilitate early detection of chemotherapy-induced neuropathy (CIPN).

This repository contains data collected in studies aimed at demonstrating reliability and feasibility of self-administered quantitative sensory testing at home.

The main dataset features the initial healthy cohort study using SenseCheQ across 3 home quantitative sensory testing sessions.

The data shows good reliability in line with laboratory-based quantitative sensory testing and positive feedback on the usability of SensecheQ.

Data files are shared as workbooks which also contain information sheets with methodological and coding detail required to understand and re-use the data.
