TAIVAS: Evidence-Only Research Artifact for a Transparent Short-Horizon Energy-Balance Stress-Screening Prototype for Extreme-Weather Scenarios

This Evidence-Only research artifact accompanies the camera-ready manuscript “TAIVAS: A Transparent Short-Horizon Energy-Balance Stress-Screening Prototype for Extreme-Weather Scenarios” (EI.A 2026, Paper 81). The artifact provides the accepted four-row diagnostic scenario results, the complete 15-row five-dimension one-factor-at-a-time (OFAT) sensitivity evidence, parameter and unit provenance, formula-comparison records, Figures 1–3, summarized software-verification evidence, and documented model limitations. The accepted verification run completed 78/78 tests. The artifact is intended to support evidence-level reproducibility, traceability, and auditability of the results reported in the manuscript. The core source code, Streamlit user interface, tests, artifact builders, and internal development tools are not included in the public evidence package and remain private. The reported results are deterministic diagnostic outputs under explicitly stated assumptions. They do not constitute empirical model validation, predictive evidence, engineering design, operational guidance, or a reliability guarantee.
