资源简介:
The lateral hypothalamus (LH) is a highly heterogenous brain region regulating hunger and motivated behaviours. Inzebrafish, the LH exhibits distinct neural activity across hunger, feeding and satiety staes. In this study, we have generated a zebrafish LH transcriptomic dataset to profile cellular diversity and molecular signatures underlying feeding behaviour. 1mpf transgenic zebrafish Tg(76A:Gal4FF;UAS:GCaMP6s), Tg(116A;Gal4FF:UAS:GFP) were used to isolate the lateral and caudal hypothalamus respectively *************************************************************** Raw files no longer available. ***************************************************************
