This project provides the jellyfish metagenome assembly of Aurelia sp. 4 Dawson et al 2005, common name moon jellyfish. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Aurelia sp. 4 Dawson et al 2005 and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided by the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics Project (https: //www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/).
