HCCDB

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common primary liver cancers with worse prognosis, strong tumor aggressiveness, and prominent inter- and intra-tumor heterogeneity. With the aim to provide an easier access to comprehensive transcriptomic data for non-specialties, we released the HCCDB, a web-based transcriptomic database of HCC.
The HCCDB v2.0 has added 11 new bulk transcriptomic datasets with 6 new clinical phenotypes to the 15 datasets in the original version. Most importantly, the highlight of this update is the newly integrated single-cell and spatial transcriptomic data decomposing the expression variations at the bulk level.
