MOH, PHI, and PHM Spatial Boundaries of Puttalam District, Sri Lanka

This dataset contains spatial boundary data for Medical Officer of Health (MOH), Public Health Inspector (PHI), and Public Health Midwife (PHM) areas within the Puttalam District, Sri Lanka, as of 10th March 2025. Provided in shapefile format (SHP) and KML format (for Google Earth), it is suitable for geospatial analysis, mapping, and public health research. The data supports public health planning and resource allocation, epidemiological studies on disease distribution, and GIS applications for spatial visualization and decision-making. PDF versions of the maps are also included for easy reference. The dataset is compatible with geospatial tools.
