CTTIME

Tumor microenvironment show dynamic alteration under anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy and immune therapy. CTTIME aims to provide differential genes expression, functional enrichment, immune signature, and immune cell infiltration across multiple cancer types between pre-treatment samples and post-treatment samples under anti-cancer therapies. Currently, CTTIME contains detailed information of 92 datasets with 5311 samples across 20 cancer types.肿瘤微环境在化疗、放疗、靶向治疗及免疫治疗等抗癌治疗手段下会发生动态变化。CTTIME旨在提供抗癌治疗背景下，多种癌症类型的治疗前样本与治疗后样本之间的差异基因表达、功能富集、免疫特征及免疫细胞浸润相关数据。目前，CTTIME共收录了覆盖20种癌症类型的92套数据集的详细信息，涉及样本总量达5311例。
