This study compared gene expression signatures between mice with repeated mild traumatic brain injury (rmtbi) and sham controls. Mice received three repeated mild closed skull head injuries or sham surgeries. The ipsilateral hemisphere, excluding brainstem and cerebellum, were used for scRNAseq to compare expression between rmTBI mice and sham controls.
