We investigated changes in H3K27ac following BHLHE41, RFX or UBTF knockdown and identified the genomic distribution of BHLHE41, RFX, UBTF and RNAPII in PLC/PRF/5 CSCs. We also studied the transcriptional changes after overexpressing MAP3K8 in PLC/PRF/5 cells.
