资源简介:
In this study, we investigate the effects of elevated developmental temperature on the locomotory behaviour and the learning abilities to olfactory cues in the zebrafish, Danio rerio. We exposed zebrafish from embryonic stage to current day control (28dC) or predicted future elevated temperature (30dC) for seven days. To additionally evaluate their learning abilities in both temperatures, 7 days post fertilization (dpf) zebrafish were conditioned with a mixture of injured conspecifics alarm cue and non-alarming catfish cue.
