Multi-omics Cancer Patient Data

This dataset contains multi-omics data from seven distinct cancer types, including gene expression, DNA methylation, microRNA, and others. In terms of data preprocessing, patients or features with missing values exceeding 20% have been removed, and the remaining missing values have been imputed. The task of this dataset is to conduct cluster analysis to explore the identification of cancer subtypes.
