This collection consists of deep sequencing of sputum samples collected from 6 Cystic Fibrosis patients at 4 time points per patient following treatment for an exacerbation. Sequencing data is available from both Illumina Novaseq and Oxford Nanopore Technologies Promethion sequencers, as well as 16S sequencing on a subset of these. The samples were pre-treated with a Saponin based protocol which depletes human DNA and enriches bacterial DNA.
