PULSAR - Data

This repository contains the raw text human rights data for the PULSAR project produced by Text(Co)Lab at the University of Pittsburgh. All files are stored in zipped directories by human rights organization (HRO). The files from two HROs—Amnesty International and the World Organization Against Torture—are split into multiple zipped directories. To access them, you must download all files featuring the name of the HRO, combine the files into a single archive, and unzip that combined file.
